Came here twice as my hotel was nearby. Both times, it was easy to find seating. The staff was so kind, fun and relaxed. The cocktails were amazing, especially the Orange-Vermouth-Spritz (10.50€ . Great prices, too, I thought. Didn't try the food but it looked good. Highly recommend. Price per person: €10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
NOT POC Tourist Friendly!!! Storytime: My friend and I were visiting as tourists when we got caught in a heavy rainstorm. With no idea where we were or where to eat, we stumbled into this restaurant completely by chance. Several tables were visibly empty, with no reservation signs in sight, so we waited by the entrance to be seated. Now, we had done our research with a local before arriving in Austria. We familiarized ourselves with restaurant etiquette, colloquial phrases, but none of it mattered here. A male server made direct eye contact with us several times and walked right past without a word, a nod, or even the basic courtesy of acknowledging we were there. We greeted the bar staff. No response. Still, we waited patiently, assuming they were just busy. No worries, we can wait. At this point we started noticing other patrons looking at us, probably confused as to why we were not being helped. Then, another walk-in arrived. A white blonde woman, also clearly caught in the storm. Within seconds of stepping in, she was warmly welcomed, handed a menu, and seated at one of the empty tables. My friend and I were baffled. We had been waiting there for over 15 minutes. At that point, we left and braved the storm once more. Mind you, it was horrible, the roads looked like rivers, but better Mother Nature than Ludwig Adele. Service: 1
I drove here to the quick dinner before a concert in the music museums (2 minutes around the corner). I randomly chose the Adele Shot as she could sound healthy but interesting. the dish broke my mind, it was incredibly delicious and I took my time to eat. it! the combination of ingredients sounds a bit strange, but the chef must have the best palette as everything worked. it was a good portion size without being too full for 2 hours. freendly. they lost only one star for the service, I tried to order at the bar (was not sure whether it was table service), but it was said there was table service, so I could go back to my table, just to see the waiter head away to delete someone else teller I was clear ready to order and in a hurry, and felt a bit difficult to get it ignored
Overpriced. 22 EUR for burger and fries. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: €30–40
Do not let the location in which is essentially a cinema lobby, fool them: eating here is delicious and the menu is eclectic. manned by welcoming hipster folk who care about eating clearly. very conveniently located near the music club, the karlskirche and the wien museum karlsplatz. bonus:. late hours, so it is a good choice for post-show vatles too.
