We ordered the sashimi platter, salmon sashimi, nigiris, miso soup, salad, edamame, and the wagyu burger, and every single dish was outstanding. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cut, especially the sashimi, which truly stole the show. Even the edamame was spot on, and the wagyu burger was rich, juicy, and full of flavour a brilliant fusion touch done right. The whole experience felt polished yet relaxed, with attentive service and a beautiful setting that lets the food shine. Everything we tried was so, so good, and it’s clear that quality is at the heart of what they do. Shiki is easily a must visit if you love great sushi and beautifully executed dishes.
