Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, das Lokal zwar etwas laut (es war auch "proppenvoll"), aber ansonsten wirklich zu empfehlen.

Die Straße stört nicht, da das Restaurant unterhalb liegt.

Auch wenn viele Gäste d... read more Waren mit Gästen da. mittags unter der Woche: Vom Bestellen des Mineralwassers bis zum Servieren des Mineralwassers hat es 20' gedauert. Auch wenn viele Gäste dagesessen wären, was eher nicht der Fall war, wars dafür eher zu lang.Unsere Gäste haben schließlich (nach 15' Warten) ihr eigenes Mineralwasser, welches sie für unterwegs mitgenommen hatten, ausgepackt und getrunken. War schon eher peinlich.Das Essen war gut, da gabs nichts zu sagen, aber der Service in dieser Form ist 3.klassig.Schade!

I am a foodie and like to experience the culture of food wherever I go My spouse not so much so I have to find balance while traveling We happened upon Gmoa Keller after a long day of sight seeing and ended up on their steps. We were warmly greeted and had no reservations. We were accommodated. We had great service and great food. I had booked beef with all the sides potatoes spinach' which was amazing. Then of course strudel. It was great a nice ending to our vacation. I'd highly recommend eating here it's authentic and I'd recommend reservations. We got really lucky. Upon leaving the place was packed. So plan ahead a bit and when in Vienna. Eat here !!!

Outside seats do not have a different theme.

We came for lunch on the pati... read more Wonderful authentic Vienna restaurant. I believe it is one of the oldest in Vienna. Very nice patio and inside is like in a movie! We came for lunch on the patio (with no reservations, no problem) and came back for dinner (and made a reservation). The schnitzel was delicious and huge, the wild boar was good/authentic and the steak tartare was excellent. You just have to remember that unlike North America, they are not trying to rush you. Dining is laid back and you can stay and enjoy the ambiance.
