As the chef, Daan walked us through every course in great detail and provided a nice introduction to each. My wife and I enjoyed the meal that included very interesting combinations of Austrian ingredients brought together to form tasty and memorable dishes. Highly recommend checking out Deval, it is well worth it.

Each dish offered delicious — and sometimes delightfully unexpected — flavours, all presented in a beautiful and relaxed setting. The chef takes the time to explain every course in detail, which adds an extra layer of appreciation to the meal. A memorable evening from start to finish. Highly recommended!
