Live music was a little off key, when they took a break, music playing over the speakers was entirely too loud, felt like I was shouting to talk to my friends at our table. Host yelled at us for trying to order at the bar, only 1 waiter for maybe 40 people, so service was very slow. Menu didn’t mention automatic gratuity of 22% (wouldn’t have been an issue if we knew about it), our party of 3 only got 2 drinks total so it was kind of a shock and it felt very deceptive to not have informed us. The drink I got was average at best, should have been much better for the price they were charging
Made a reservation and when I showed up, they didn’t have a table for me. I was literally plunked down in a corner chair with no table and was mostly forgotten about. Cocktail was great but for $17 (they added 22% gratuity automatically) it was only a half full coupe glass and wasn’t worth it.
A bit lackluster. Interior is okay. Service was efficient but not at all welcoming or friendly. This was especially disappointing considering the 22% gratuity automatically added to your bill (we were a party of 5). Needed to adjust my reservation total and it was extremally difficult to get in contact with anyone to change it due to the limited hours. They also failed to respond to an email request for the same. Wouldn't go again.
