For a newly opened restaurant they have their stuff together. Very friendly staff and owner. If you’ve been there before and it was a little slow I would give them another chance. Food was awesome View all feedback.
What Bruce Johnson doesn't like about Classic Town Country:
This is the second time I have been there for breakfast, they DO not have it together on service. Last week never got waited on after 30 minutes we left, today 11/19 same thing and when I walked out the waitress yelled at us stating she had all these tables but fact was they forgot about us because they seated four other guests and they were waited on. I thought Neighbors restaurant was bad (huh) View all feedback.

We had lunch last week and had a good experience and good food, I even signed up for the rewards program but today at breakfast was not good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive when I showed her that my sausage and cheese omelette had a tablespoon of sausage, at best, in one corner of the omelet, the rest was all cheese and it was corrected but potatoes on two plates were underdone even with one having requested crispy, bacon requested crispy was far from crispy. When I showed the waitress I was part of the rewards program she had no clue about it but checked with someone and told me I would just show it at the register. I showed at the register and the two people there had no clue about the program or how to use it. They grabbed another young lady, assumedly from her break as she still had her coat and gloves on and she told me it was linked to my card and I told her I didn't want to link a card. Up to this time I had no idea when I signed up it automatically linked my card. There's a QR code that it said show at the register, again nobody knew how to utilize that. By then I find that my card is linked and gave the young lady my card and she told me the price which was without the discount I should receive from the rewards program. I said I would like the discount, she said it'll come off when I put your card in, I said I don't trust you. She immediately got an attitude and when asking why she got an attitude she said I'm getting an attitude so you're going to get it right back (paraphrased). I was trying to tell her that the only reason I didn't trust what she was saying was because nobody knew how to use the program but she continued to escalate her attitude, raised her voice and made a scene. If it had only been a bad experience with the food we would have given it another try however because of this young lady, and the gentleman in the apron who also started chiming in when she started getting loud, our group will never go back and we will not recommend it to anyone.
While our waitress 's attitude did improve towards the end after she had to make corrections on my wife 's order, I did not appreciate the attitude that my wife was given because she ordered from the Senior menu. She has undergone bariatric surgery and is finally able to eat solid food even though it is only a small amount. She had to present her excempt to order lesser sized meals card of which at that time the waitress became very short with her. We love coming to the restaurant because we went to the original one and was thrilled that you opened this one which is a lot closer to us, however, I am upset and embarrassed for my wife for this incident this morning and would ask that you please have more consideration for those who have taken major steps towards bettering their overall well-being and not just the amount of food that they order.
If I could give zero stars I would. We came to this restaurant for my grandma’s birthday. I ordered fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and cinnamon apples. The gravy had clearly been sitting for a while and had a film over the top of it. The chicken tasted like it had spent too long in the freezer. The worst part were the tiny metal shavings in the apples. I took a few bites because nothing else I ordered was any good. I noticed a weird texture or something in my mouth. I pulled one out and it was a sliver of metal. We told the staff and they took my plate and walked away. The manager (possibly) came back and said he didn’t know what it was. My mom suggested it may have been from a can opener and he said “no, it was a piece of metal from washing the dishes”. So I guess he did know what it was. No one apologized. No one asked if I wanted another plate to replace the one they took, because I would have declined. They ended up bringing another plate for me at the end of the meal, but I had no desire to eat anything else after I discovered the metal. When they brought the check, the waitress said they would take 20% off my meal. So we had to pay for 80% of food that didn’t get eaten. Then checking out was a mess. No one knew how to discount the food and it took probably 10 minutes to get it sorted out. By that time we weren’t even sure if the meal was discounted. Needless to say, we will never be returning to this establishment and I would not recommend going there after my experience.Dietary restrictions: Not a good choice for people who don’t want to consume metal.
