We were very satisfied with our choice to dinner in the Peruvian restaurant of gabby. it was a perfect stop after the Mother's Day in botanica. it doesn't look... read more We were very satisfied with our choice to dinner in the Peruvian restaurant of gabby. it was a perfect stop after the Mother's Day in botanica. it doesn't look like much from the outside, but we were from the excellent eating, friendly and attentive staff, and the beautiful decor whatever. that was our first taste to eat in Peruvian and we loved it. fresh aromen and new food to try. the marinated bark hearts were cooked to perfection and had a wonderful marinade, along with the boiled kartoffels. the hearty bark stew of my manne was very tasteful with a beautiful Zilantro sauce, bud and sweet. I had the black chicharron and enjoyed the seasonal and fried yucca. my only criticism is, it was a little dry and could have used the Zilantro sauce for diving. the desserts looked fantastic and I'll leave next time for the tres leches cake. we will definitely come back.

Had an early Moms Day dinner, awesome as usual! Lomo Saltado for hubby, ceviche for me, fresh and wonderful. Tried the calamari appetizer for the first time, very good as well. Highly recommend Gabbys for a great meal at a decent price, attentive friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.

On positi... read more During our visit to Wichita we were looking for places to dine in. The reviews of this restaurant were very high (4.8) so we decided to give it a try. On positive note, the staff is friendly and the place is clean. However, the food is overpriced and tastes ok, but nothing is extremely good.
