Tim Hortons - Whycocomagh

The dining area was closed due to a staff shortage, and I had already ordered my appetizer as I boarded the maritime bus to Halifax. The staff was kind enough to prepare my prepaid order for me, but I nearly missed reboarding my bus because of the delay. This also meant that the staff had to halt their operations to ensure safety during service, which was frustrating for both employees and customers. Management really needs to hire more staff or figure out how to retain the current ones.

I ordered a large tea with two milks and a medium dark coffee with one cream and one sweetener, but received two coffees, both with cream and sweetener. There were no markings on the cups to differentiate them. I'll revise my review after my next visit if things improve. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant! The sandwiches were excellent, the coffee was fantastic, and the staff was friendly. It's always a perfect stop when I'm passing through. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
