Our waitress suggested a dish that catered to the dietary needs of one member of our group, and they did an excellent job with the special order.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! We arrived just in time to enjoy the early dinner margarita special, and they were delicious! I ordered the mahi mahi... read more The food at this restaurant is fantastic! We arrived just in time to enjoy the early dinner margarita special, and they were delicious! I ordered the mahi mahi taco, which I really liked. My husband had the cheese crisp and let me try a bit of it; I can confirm it’s an excellent choice. Making a reservation through Open Table was simple, and everything was ready for us when we arrived!

I enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the city lights, with the heaters keeping us comfortable. The only improvement I would suggest is to reduce the salt in... read more I enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the city lights, with the heaters keeping us comfortable. The only improvement I would suggest is to reduce the salt in the food. Overall, it’s a lovely spot and was quite busy for a Thursday evening. It’s a good idea to plan ahead if you decide to go!

I am a lady, and went to use the restroom, and had to put the seat down first before I could use. Disgusting that I had to put a seat down, not to mention that the floor in front of the toilet had dribble, where we place our feet.

There was obviously some sort of graduation/university related party taking... read more Definitely a less than desirable experience than we've had in the past at Blanco's. There was obviously some sort of graduation/university related party taking place, of maybe 10 people, max, and it obviously threw off the kitchen/wait staff massively. While it took forever for our food to arrive we noticed a tremendous amount of resources shuffling food and such to the larger party, disregarding the rest of the diners, we also noticed other patrons giving up an leaving before their orders arrived. The main courses, after arriving at significantly separate times, were also “off” in quality and overall regrettable. Not sure as to the depth of the issue we experienced last night, but unfortunately it will be an experience we'll need to consider next time we consider Blanco's again.
