The staff truly stands out; I brought in my espresso machine for repairs, and they quickly identified the issue. They also assisted me in obtaining all the necessary parts to get my machine back in working order. They are well-versed in espresso machine maintenance and offer valuable tips for upkeep. While I was there, the person at the front desk even took the time to print out a diagram of my machine amidst their busy phone calls and emails!
