We got a new girl it was her first day but she tried really hard and was sorry for not knowing answer to questions. We only had one issue as there is a promo if you buy a drink you get 10 timbits for a 1.00 but one person said yes but when the new girl asked how to ring that in another person said there was no such promo. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Never got our order right after 2 attempts. I had the chili and best I can say is ok not great. Also had a roll and a couple fries ridiculously small order. The roll was good. The others had donuts and coffee no refills they were pissed. I think Tim Hortons are out for this trip. View all feedback.
Typical Tim Hortons was very busy the last time I stopped so a little slower than normal but always a decent experience at the Whitecourt Tim
Went drive through on my way back to edmonton. Bought a chili and white bread. I am surprised the bread was really soft. The only tim hortons i have visited in canada that served me a soft white bread. :
Was there for 40 minuets and still didn’t get what I ordered last time I’ll be stopping there

I don't know if it's always been like this, but I've gone a few times now and the people on the drive thru speaker are quieter than any other place I've been to in my life. No nearby noisy traffic and vehicle turned off and I still just have to assume they heard my order right or didn't ask me something I didn't expect. Maybe I picked the wrong lane every time? I might never know. At least they got my order right so far.
