I am here not through choice but for business. The hotel room is nice and has all that I need. My issue is with restaurant. I was enjoying a glass of wine with my dinner when I was contacted for an urgent business conference call. I asked if I could box my meal and take my glass of wine with me to finish in my room. Ate here last night and again this morning. Was phenomenal. Burger and breakfast steak couldn’t be better. Super friendly as well (a nice couple actually paid for my meal last night, maybe because they heard I had a run in with the Peave Officer in Fox Creek ! , how often does that happen! Anyway, I know where I’m eating when I pass through.
We have ate here a few times now when we are in Whitecourt. The food and portions are amazing. The owners who are also some of the staff are amazing too. Wish we had this restaurant where we live.
Had the bacon and eggs for breakfast. Some of the best hashbrowns I've ever had. Big portions....even the bacon. Would definitely recommend this place for breakfast. Bacon and eggs was about $13.
Brought a client for a Breakfast meeting. The food was great, hot and ample. My client was very impressed!
Excellent, excellent, excellent! Service was excellent! Food was excellent! Our excellent waitress suggested splitting our hot turkey and mashed potatoe entree because the portions are good sized. She was right. She then brought out two separate plates with our food. It was almost more than we could eat. I can't imagine one person polishing off that much food. And it was excellent!
