However, she mistakenly brought us the wrong main dish and side, which left us disappointed with our BBQ dinner. Although she offered a 10% discount on the bill, it didn't significantly improve our experience, and we left with a sense of unsatisfaction. On a Friday, they had an all-you-can-eat buffet, but we opted for simpler items from the menu: pulled pork with fries and a veggie burger with sweet potato fries and deep-fried pickles. Unfortunately, none of the dishes lived up to our expectations. The pulled pork was bland and soggy, lacking any charred flavor. Instead of the veggie burger, we received a tasteless turkey burger. Neither the BBQ sauce on the table nor the ketchup could save our meals. To top it off, the sweet potato fries were missing and were replaced with regular fries due to the server's mistake. It took nearly 20 minutes to get the check sorted out, and we left feeling genuinely disappointed with the experience overall. While it's a convenient place for a quick bite before a show, we recommend managing your expectations regarding food quality and service.
