They frequently make mistakes with simple orders and often run... read more This isn't my favorite Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee here doesn't seem as hot as at other locations. They frequently make mistakes with simple orders and often run out of donuts or bagels when I'm in the mood for one. I understand their job can be challenging given their pay, but I think a little more friendliness towards customers would go a long way.

I ordered through the drive thru and the lady who attended me was amazing, the guy who got me my coffee was fast and awesome, and the kid who followed giving me the rest of the order was wonderful. But as I took off on the road I noticed a hand written note on the bag. It said Have a great day : . I find it funny that for like two weeks they have been out of food on my ride home from work. It 's clear that the employees here have decided there not going to make food at certain times. This is my least favorite Dunkin.
