What vicky matta doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I ordered two chicken cravables. They were absolute garbage, the bun tasted expired, and the lettuce had turned black. I was eating in the store and I complained to them about it, they were like we're sorry, sir. I didn't ask for a refund or exchange, but they didn't have courtesy to offer anything themselves. The evening staff at this location is the best. I have never has my order wrong with the them unlike the morning staff. Very polite, fast always apologizes if it takes a little longer than usual, but when short staffed some days what can you do but 1 car at a time. View all feedback.
