The evening staff at this location is the best. I have never has my order wrong with the them unlike the morning staff. Very polite, fast always apologizes if it takes a little longer than usual, but when short staffed some days what can you do but 1 car at a time. View all feedback.
What vicky matta doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I ordered two chicken cravables. They were absolute garbage, the bun tasted expired, and the lettuce had turned black. I was eating in the store and I complained to them about it, they were like we're sorry, sir. I didn't ask for a refund or exchange, but they didn't have courtesy to offer anything themselves. Nice conveniently located Tim's with friendly staff and fast service. Not much seating available but being close to the gas station it is a life saver for travelers. The store is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair accessible restroom. The pastries are freshly made and especially tasty at this location. This us a small location adjacent to the gas station so it is very convenient for travellers and morning commuters.
Just moved to Oshawa from Scarborough. I've only done drive through so far but his is by far the best Tim's I've been to in a long time. Morning crew is cheerful, which starts my day off right. Orders always correct. Fast.
We've become regular customers at this Tim Hortons. Why? The coffee is always fresh, the donuts are perfectly iced and sprinkled, and most of all everyone is so nice. Especially the man who works the 7-8am timeslot at the drivethru, his cheerful demeanor goes so far for us and our kiddo riding along with us. We've been to other Tim's in Whitby and none compare to this location.
