Very nice young man. Suggestions, if asked. Patient. 2 good parts. Test the online app. After 3 attempts I completed my order, but since I had two subs, the info about the second sub disappeared at checkout. So I ordered my two separate. Of the three vegetables I ordered, I only got tomatoes. No spinach, no onion, although I checked in money before paying... No more online orders for me. It still had to wait in order... What User doesn't like about Capt. Submarine:
We're on Monday, 19th. April left at 5:00, you thought the dinner was a time they were ready for customers, but we served first or last. There was a woman who worked on the Drive-Thru window (which is right next to the order here? sign where we waited) while chatting on her phone. Lisa is the best she's so friendly and nice ! Also their subs are sooooo good and they make it so nice and with ample toppings ! Reccomended
Horrible customer service and waited over 15 minutes for subs
The food was really good. It's a little bit pricier than other sub restaurants but the food more than makes up for it.
