Depends on who is staffing the counter. The lady today made an awesome tasting sandwich. Most do here with exception. I keep coming back to this location so they must be doing something right cause I'll eat a gas station sandwich before going to a place that has terrible service. Just ask my kids. What User doesn't like about Subway:
We bought three subs with cookies and a fountain drink. The cashier told us they no longer do meal deals and we had to buy everything separately, even though on the menu sign it stated meal deal an extra $3.99 if you add cookies/chips and a drink. This has to be one of the worst locations on the island. the female supervisor is very rude and so is management. They don’t care about employees mental health they are more worried about keeping bread in store i rate whitbourne subway a -5/10 but preet he’s the best employee there so kind and thoughtful he deserves to be manager of this location and maybe then there will be some changes
All staff are rude. un welcoming and disrespectful. Jason the “manager” is absolutely no help and is never actually in store. Supervisor lisa sends herself home early almost every shift. The place is only properly cleaned for inspection days. Employees vaping in the back kitchen area where food is prepared. this subway just needs to be shut down. Service: Dine in
Daytime is much better than the night shift. Just one word BURNT bread.

Visited today, Sunday July 24th..waited 20 minutes for the order only to have 5 missing veggies when I got home. I realize you are busy and it's difficult to get staff, but at least make the wait worth it!! Very stingy with everything on a combo that cost close to 20 There are a few very great servers who are polite and apologetic...one in particular is Kenlee
