Staff had ill-fitting masks that were not covering their nose and mouth at all times, therefore essentially ineffective. 3 staff members also allowed a unmasked man and his two unmasked older children to enter, order and eat inside the establishment and said nothing to enforce the mask policy or that the dining area is closed.
