A... read more Although I was assertive, I remained respectful in expressing my frustration. Instead of addressing my concern, Addalyn had someone ask me to move up in line. At the window, a polite young gentleman apologized for the inconvenience. However, when I saw Addalyn again, she rolled her eyes and glared at me as if I were being irrational, despite me maintaining a friendly demeanor. After that, I opted for an iced matcha instead. Unfortunately, my order was mixed up: I first received a frozen matcha latte with whole milk, followed by an iced coffee with oat milk. When I asked for the iced matcha again, they finally got it right. I wanted to discuss the situation with Addalyn, but she ignored me and shot me unpleasant looks. I tried to explain that I wasn't trying to be difficult, just confused about the mix-up, and that I typically have no issues here. Instead of a response, I was met with a blank stare. Frustrated, I regretfully lowered myself to the situation and used inappropriate language before leaving. Her attitude completely ruined my day, and I have decided I will not return to this establishment again.

I just waited 20 minutes in line for a cup of tea, and cars were barely moving, often stopping for 4 minutes at a time. When I finally reached the window, I not... read more I just waited 20 minutes in line for a cup of tea, and cars were barely moving, often stopping for 4 minutes at a time. When I finally reached the window, I noticed there were four people working, and the first one to assist me asked, "Are you waiting for something?"

In the last couple months or so this location has really stepped up! I go on my way to work and they are a well oiled machine. The wait is unusually long, the orders are usually not correct, and they are out of something nearly everytime I go there. That, coupled with the fact that thei... read more The wait is unusually long, the orders are usually not correct, and they are out of something nearly everytime I go there. That, coupled with the fact that their parking lot is a literal nightmare makes it more worth it for me to go to another Dunkin's on my way to work.
