We found ourselves waiting for her while she facetimed her boyfriend, completely ignoring her customers. She had earbuds in and spent the entire two hours at the bar conversing with him. I witnessed her neglecting her duties and we even had to ask her to take our order. It’s tough to find good staff these days, but I’d rather wait ages than be served by someone like her. Fortunately, other staff members stepped in to assist us, and we were happy to tip them generously. The manager was fantastic and explained that staffing is currently a challenge, which we understood. Despite the difficulties of staffing, I would not hesitate to let this waitress go; even a snail seeking a job would do a better job than her. It was painful to listen to her speak, and it was clear she wasn't happy in her role. "Rude" doesn’t even begin to cover her behavior. The food was excellent, but every time she came by, I felt uncomfortable, especially when she rolled her eyes after speaking to us. I do recommend eating at this restaurant, but if you encounter that terrible waitress, don’t hesitate to inform the manager that you would like a different server. I typically don’t accept complimentary cards after a meal, but following this experience, we did take the comp gift cards. I left feeling like a victim of robbery, even though our meal was comped. Despite the poor service, we still had to pay for our meal. I seldom leave negative reviews like this, but this experience was impactful enough for me to make an exception. Red Lobster, please consider letting her go so the remarkable staff can take care of your valued patrons. Thank you, Derek.

We encountered a 40-minute wait on a Saturday night, and it was clear the restaurant was understaffed. After being seated, it took about 15 minutes for our server to take our drink order. Once we placed our orders, the service improved a bit, but they forgot to bring out our appetizer of mozzarella sticks. It’s been a few years since our last visit, and I noticed the prices have significantly increased. Unfortunately, the food quality hasn’t improved to match. Everything was decent, but not worth the high prices. The restaurant was also quite dimly lit, making it difficult to read the menu. I had hoped for a better experience; however, I’d recommend looking for other dining options unless you’re specifically craving seafood.
