One gave me my food without napkins so I waited for him to come to the window as I noticed he was busy putting orders together. I wanted to believe that he was just busy and not intentionally choosing to not come to the window. The other guy was also busy but then he looked at me and kept going about his business. I didn't want to honk my horn but I had to because I felt ignored. The one guy looked at me as I was calling him to come to the window and he ignored me. I hear the other guy asking him what does she want? I already gave her her order so now, I am upset. You pretty much could've asked me but you chose to ask your co-worker. Wow, I was shocked at how poor they both were at providing good customer service to a paying customer and I am actually shocked at their responses because I was not being rude at all. I love Dunkin' Donuts but employees with bad customer service will ruin your experience as a customer and Dunkin' Donuts reputation. I didn't even get an apology from neither one of them. I really hope the managers will have a sit down with their staff and educate them on what good customer service consists of because what I experienced this morning was unacceptable.
