Mosca's - Feedback

What John Anwiler doesn't like about Mosca's:
Average. That's the nicest thing I can say about this place. Being observant, I believe there is a measurable difference in the experience if you are a frequent patron. The little hole in the wall restaurant is something of a New Orleans legend, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere of the place was straight out of Goodfellas, and although it takes a while for the food to be prepared, it was very good.
