We were there with our 2 kids and we all loved it! The food was very good, the restaurant is nice and the service was very good. Both kids had the bolognese, they both loved it. Arrived on time for our anniversary date. On this extremely cold evening we were seated next to the entrance and it was freezing every time someone entered. We asked if we could get seated elsewhere, as the restaurant was still half empty. They said no can do and told us to go to the bar. We loved it! The food was the vest we had in a long time. Everything is fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was quiet! We highly recommend Vago! Thank you!
The food was excellent, especially the seafood pasta! Always nice to eat outside with the great weather. Not bothered by the traffic as there’s less at night. Enjoyed the profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce! Just a few wasps, but not enough to discourage us.
After many months of semi-confinement, going back to Vago was like being back in northern Italy without the vagaries of Covid international plane traveling. Even the coffee tasted like the famous Milanese expressos. It was like re-discovering epicurean living.
Pasta undercooked , carbonara with yolks that tasted like uncooked yolks. The visual was awfully mustardy.
We had a lovely time. The food was great and our server was excellent. A very fun night.
