What Clementina Nica doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Why the horrible review? Let me paint you picture. One cashier inside. Line up to the door. But wait! They opened a second till! Maybe there's hope. Nope. They opened the till so that an employee could pay for her food to go on a break. I know people need breaks but there's an appropriate time for them. WORST WORST WORST of all the tim hortons I have been too. literally worse than the crappiest mcdonlads even. no matter what you order they will replace items with whatever they feel like. so if you pay for a specialty donut for example and it costs way more than any other donut they will instead give you the cheapest and most disgusting donut instead. EVERYTIME.
My 90 year old mother slipped on the wet floor entering the building, grouchy front counter service. 1 person at the front counter may account for he grouch but don't think so, 3 people at drive through with time to laugh and joke. Why is the handicapped parking so far from the door. Won't go back.
A fast food join that makes you wait for half an hour. The owner is too cheap to hire enough staff. At noon and in the evening, although there are two tilts, only one will be open during meal times.

They opened the till so that an employee could pay for her food to go on a break. I know people need breaks but there's an appropriate time for them. Then they closed that till and everyone stood waiting. I returned two later. Walked in. Saw a repeat of the same staff appointments and a line up to the door. In 5 minutes ONE PERSON WAS SERVED. Needless to say, and thankfully, we're must more intelligent than the manager who runs that location and we went to the drive thru. If there were other options in the small town of Westlock, we would've gone else where.
