The young lady who was our waitress great and eating was great

I thought bp has always the best calamari it will be the last time that I in westlock twog it dried and old squid ring that they can buy frozen, it was not a fresh calamari what made it worse as they brot it so obvious the calamari rings was too old skinny and dried the coating won not to glue it, it was rough and the amount was like that I could count on Believe me, I usually order calamari in all the restaurants I go to. westlock big has the müll calamari . I wish there is no star. never again!

Good fast service more à local hanging out/get together spot

The service was terrible. Staff we had were rude and patronizing. Forgot things that we ordered. Took an hour and a HALF to cook our food. others that were there later got served first. one of the servers elbowed me very hard and did not say anything. Everyone else in the restaurant recieved good service, so I’m unsure if my family and I were targeted for our race. Not coming back !

Was working late, from out of town. Google listed the hours open till however due to COVID, hours were only till I came in at like min past and felt really bad. I asked if she knew other places that would possibly be open and she gave me options however insisted for me to order from her even though they were closed. Offered me dine in and drinks, but I ended up doing take out. I believe it was Kristen? She was super kind and deserves a raise/promotion! Customer service is friendly, and socialable!
