Had a seafood salad there. Served in a dish I could fit a small child in. Felt like I was eating out of a trough. They put giant quartered mushrooms, (uncooked) giant quartered tomatoes, about 6 giant shrimp, a little bit of shredded crab. And some not so great seafood salad dressing. It was definitely not a seafood salad, and expensive for a few bits of crab and big shrimp. I can say without a doubt, it was the worst and most disappointing seafood salad I have ever had in my life, I would never eat it again here.
Some of the best restaurants I have been to are family owned and operated. We were very impressed. Though Apollo Pizza was very busy when we arrived around lunch time on a Tuesday, we were seated right away. We knew what we wanted so our order was taken fairly quickly after we sat down. My wife and I shared a large bacon and pineapple pizza with carbonated cola beverages to drink. Ample toppings and plenty to take back to the RV for later. Parking is available for campers and vehicles with trailers.
The review above must be from an owner or a friend. The only decent thing at this place is the pizza. I have been to Apollo Pizza more than once (not by choice) and every time I have ordered something it has been a dissapointment. You can tell most of the dishes are just frozen and pulled out of a box or bag. The lasagna is bland and covered and cheese to try and make up for the bad taste. I ordered the fish and chips once, you could tell it was frozen and from a box it was disgusting. The popcorn shrimp is the same way. This place is only around because its a small town and nobody expects any better. The service is good but doesn't make up for the food. Avoid this place.

Great food and service and atmosphere is excellent I had pasta and my companion had pizza. both were very delicious. we also shared a Caesar salad that was acceptable for the size of the city. would recommend this restaurant to my friends
