Subway Sandwich & Salad - Westlock

This is a typical Subway in appearance and food so there are no surprises. The service speed depends on who is on but they all are a little more generous with the servings. Easy to see from Hwy 18 and there are several other familiar restaurants on the same lot.

I watched the manager and staff make sandwiches and handle till and cash, over and over. When I approached the Manager, BAMBI, she was dismissive, denied anything, and was angry. Then, I contacted the Health Board...guess what, a friend of the owner...so no follow up. Then I contacted Subway head office and was berated by Area Subway rep Mike as to "what would you like me to do"? What a stupid question for a resturaunt to ask a customer who sees food being made at its worst level...people...seniors die every day from this behavior...pregnant moms can lose their child with this behavior...and the rep Mike has to ask me what needs to be done ? WOW. I would not eat here as you will regret it. Oh and Subway...we aint done yet...Mike you need some training or a new job!

Been on a few occasions, but stopped going.Every time you ask for extra something or less of something, the workers throw the food around and slam everything.Everything they put on is slopped on, no effort given....Wouldn't return to this Subway, there's plenty of good ones in the city

We went to get our sandwiches and the s/w maker whoever she is very cheap in putting vegetables on bun,When I told her to add more peppers more cucumbers she just added two pieces of each which is not good. Well I don't mind paying for extra if they want to charge but man very cheap.I will never go there again this was my 3 visit in one month. I rather go in barhead and get a big bite of s/w.

This place gets 3 stars for its decent amount of on-site parking, affordable vegetarian options and helpful service.
