always great eating at this westlock location!. I have eaten at many bp’s in whole canada. I find this Westlock location to be the most consistent to food quality. they have often been here and tried several different menu points, from pizza wings, salads to the ducks and have no complaints. always a good meal and for the greatest part good service. The waitress and manager were friendly, but unfortunately they couldn't make up for the poor experience. The 1-star rating is solely due to the chef's lack of effort. The food seemed to be reheated in the microwave, giving it a disappointing and unimpressive French twist. View all feedback.
The waitress and manager were nice that they have nothing to do with the bad evaluation. the 1 star is for the chef who didn't give a ****. Microwave soup with no mozza cheese and a sprinkle of parm cheese, parm cheese not go in french onion soup. ordered chicken tacos that were made only half ash. I have not changed my chicken tacs and they can still forget the half of the toppings. the MVB was cold enough to not melt the disc of cheddarkäse. the last straw is when my tropical chicken pizza with overcrowded Alfredo base was served with a pool of hot sauce above. I'm not going back long.
Wait, I can say. not too busy maybe 10 to 15 people in restaurant. patio was pretty full. 40 minutes to get my pizza and it was cold. not even warm. the waitress was good enough for my question. of course not a very good experience. as a reviewer said and I agree it is boston pizza
