Wendy's - Westfield

My man and I drive out of the way (over 3 other wendys) to go to this! They are always amazing and our eating is always fresh! I accidentally order food from another place on the app, and when we were there they were closed 5 hours early, workers were outside smoking I drove to this and they took care of everything! I will not make this mistake again! many thanks for their care on the customer service!

This Wendy’s has improved a lot the past year, I go through the drive thru at this location a couple times a month and for a while they were struggling with wrong items, or trying to charge for the wrong order. In recent months I have had a much better experience, orders have been correct and ready the second I pull up to the window.

Been several times now, they are always friendly, quick, and efficient. Fries have been hot and crispy everytime. It's excellent for a Wendy's.

I had to go up to the counter to reorder our sandwich because the little girl placed it wrong. The second time she did it again and I caught it before she gave it to me. She also didn't know how to break $100 bill. She had to call a manager to help her make change, which the machines told her what change I should get back.

Stopped here twice this road trip from MI to FL. First stop. Last stop. Best both times. Food was great and warm and fast. Staff was friendly and kind. There's a very nice gas station next door. And, it's before or after the INDY traffic. Excellent exit.
