Let me just start by saying that this place is a local legend. Don't be fooled in the ascetic interior. Noodle Revolution is a top-class Asian fair with strong Thai influence. His dishes would be water maul in Boston, NYC, DC or London, but the lucky ones are in Westerly, CT. From Pho to inventive salads and roasted ice cream, everything I tried to taste a treat.
