If I could, I would rate this restaurant even lower. The staff, composed of high school kids, have terrible attitudes and lack work ethic. They are more interested in their cell phones than serving customers. The food is consistently late, cold, and frequently incorrect. While I understand that McDonald's is McDonald's, this particular location has the worst staff I have ever encountered.
The McDonald's at this particular location consistently provides excellent service, quick service, and high quality food.
The staff is friendly, but the wait for curbside pickup is consistently long, even when I place my order 20 minutes ahead of time. Additionally, both times we've ordered nuggets, they were missing from our order. More often than not, we receive the wrong order.
I had ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and there was a RECEIPT in my burger and what looks like mold on the top of the bun. I was absolutely disgusted. This is the WORST mcdonald's I have ever been to. DO NOT EAT HERE.
By far the worst McDonald’s that I’ve went to If I go to the wing Stonington, that one’s fine, the one in Warwick, Rhode Island, the one in Hope Valley this one is by far the worst McDonald’s that I’ve been to at straws thrown at me because she was upset that I was asking why she couldn’t do what I was asking for when every other McDonald’s does it and then try to apologize and after the straws were thrown at me
