We went to Dunkin' in West View Plaza, Friday June 24th @6am. The you d lady who was there was COMPLETELY ALONE. She was making drinks, cooking food, taking ord... read more We went to Dunkin' in West View Plaza, Friday June 24th @6am. The you d lady who was there was COMPLETELY ALONE. She was making drinks, cooking food, taking orders... She was doing everything!! The poor girl looked so defeated an so stressed out. However,she did not miss one thing on our $40 order. Every item was correct. We did have a pretty extended wait time, but she told usthat ahead of our order. I gave the girl every bit of cash I had in my pocket and told her to stay strong. She is clearly adedicated employee and deserves to be recognized!!

The staff members are unfriendly and often overlook customers who are waiting to place their orders. Although I don't come here frequently, each experience has been the same. This will probably be my final visit to this restaurant.

Unfortunately, I was served a small hot chai tea t... read more For the first time in a long while, there was hardly any line at 8:20 AM, allowing me to get through quickly. Unfortunately, I was served a small hot chai tea that was cold, and they forgot to use almond milk instead of regular milk. I'm really disappointed with this.
