The drive-thru line was stretching out to the street, but it moved swiftly. We ordered two donuts, two breakfast sandwiches, two iced chai teas, a coffee, and a frozen hot chocolate. Our service was prompt and accurate, and everything we ordered was delicious. View all feedback.
What Mikayla Kallsen doesn't like about Dunkin':
For the first time in quite a while, there was almost no line at 8:20 AM, so I was able to get through quickly. However, I received a cold small hot chai tea and they forgot to use almond milk instead of regular milk. I'm just really disappointed with this. View all feedback.
Never get the same taste twice. Understaffed. Anthony the manager is unrelentless, always there holding the place together. Wish they had consistency with their drinks
We went to Dunkin' in West View Plaza, Friday June 24th @6am. The you d lady who was there was COMPLETELY ALONE. She was making drinks, cooking food, taking orders... She was doing everything!! The poor girl looked so defeated an so stressed out. However,she did not miss one thing on our $40 order. Every item was correct. We did have a pretty extended wait time, but she told usthat ahead of our order. I gave the girl every bit of cash I had in my pocket and told her to stay strong. She is clearly adedicated employee and deserves to be recognized!!
Just got donuts it was 730am on Father's Day. I went early to be able to have a decent selection to choose from because the last couple times we've tried to get donuts they have barely had anything to choose from. I have to say that I am quite disappointed my donuts taste like they have been sitting there for at least a day like I got last night's leftover donuts. I specifically went early thinking I would get the freshest donuts today such a disappointment for 10.99 a dozen I feel they should be a lot fresher tasting.

New ownership took over a few months ago and they are AWESOME. They are making progress with staffing and the manager seems to really care. I mentioned that my experience has been better recently and the guy I was talking to (mgr/owner? seemed to appreciate the feedback.
