Don’t go here if you have a food allergy. Asked for gluten and dairy free omelette. Was clearly written down when ordered as we checked. When received omelette and as I was eating noticed it tasted a little creamy and found cheese. As a result have been unwell. Really disappointing! Definitely a favourite cafe of mine. The coffee and food are both delicious, and the staff are very friendly. My only suggestion of improvement would be to get some IKEA-style high chairs because the current wooden ones are not very safe. But overall, I highly recommend this place!

As a local, I'm delighted that we have a cafe of this calibre in the area. The decor, food and coffee is consistently of a high standard and the staff are alway friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend checking Once upon a Time out if you haven't already! My one recommendation would be improved lighting downstairs-just a tad gloomy-but love the garden bit out the back.
Super cute cafe where you can just relax and chill out with friends or study for hours on end. Staff are super friendly and helpful, food is good and coffee is delicious!
