The best BBQ I've ever had! You know how many BBQ spots tend to have that generic grilled flavor, the same spices, and that smoky taste? Well, this place stands out because it just tastes great without trying too hard. It’s not overly complicated—just well-prepared BBQ made with high-quality meat, and they offer delicious homemade sides like coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans. You can certainly add more salt or pepper, but honestly, it's not necessary. It's fantastic because it's balanced and not overwhelming in any way. With your meal, you have the option to add salt, pepper, or BBQ sauce if you like, but you might find that you won’t need to, because the BBQ itself is just that good. It’s well-cooked rather than just well-seasoned. Oh, and in my opinion, the barbecue sauce is one of the top three I've ever tasted in my life. They serve it on the side, which is a great touch, allowing you to add it as you please. Best BBQ I’ve had!

Delicious BBQ! The homemade sauce and macaroni are fantastic. We tried the rib plate and the pulled pork plate, and both were excellent! Our food was served just minutes after we ordered. This is exactly how Mississippi BBQ should taste!

The experience was wonderful! Today, I finally let some of my sisters try the delicious rib tips. Unfortunately, they're heading west now, and I regret that their visit coincided with Wednesday when they had to stop. I hope they reconsider!

I had the pulled pork nachos. They were an interesting, something like Deep South Mexican Fusion. Lol. Serving size was plentiful. Although the dish could have been served hotter.

I work in a medical clinic in Columbus. A pharmaceutical representative catered lunch from this restaurant about a month ago. OH MY We have a couple of places locally, but, now that a new cook is in Dot's kitchen, I will make that drive.
