What Leonardo Nicastro doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Service at the counter was absolute dogshite yesterday. There was no coffee, had to ask twice, the cashier was too busy on her phone to attend to us properly. I have to start off by saying that our order was misdingbour tuna sandwich and we paid cash, so I had to drive back to the store to pick up my food. I have to say the manager on duty was very apologetic and empathetic for the inconvenience. He was polite and made sure that everything was satisfactory. I understand that things happen especially on a busy night. He made a lifetime Panera fan out of us. Kudos to the man... View all feedback.
