I have to start off by saying that our order was misdingbour tuna sandwich and we paid cash, so I had to drive back to the store to pick up my food. I have to say the manager on duty was very apologetic and empathetic for the inconvenience. He was polite and made sure that everything was satisfactory. I understand that things happen especially on a busy night. He made a lifetime Panera fan out of us. Kudos to the man... View all feedback.

Service at the counter was absolute dogshite yesterday. There was no coffee, had to ask twice, the cashier was too busy on her phone to attend to us properly. The rewards app wasn't working and she offered no explanation. We will look for a different location the next time we want Panera. View all feedback.
Everyone knows Panera as a chain has been steadily going downhill for years. This location is no exception. I completely gave up on ordering salads or sandwiches because the veggies are always wilted and icky. The service reflects the food quality. Not the staff's fault, Panera dropped their standards and this is the result. I only come here for the soup and bread which is prepared off-site and shipped in to be warmed/baked. These are the safe foods. All others should be avoided unless you enjoy spending too much money on questionable food.
A different place to get a breakfast sandwich . Enjoy.

If you've been to one Panera Bread and all that... This location moves the line quickly and easily. They're always friendly. Great location.
