Sometimes blow very hard, but most of the time they are good.

Too inconsistent. every time I go, I order the same drink and it will be different, how sweet it is and when I try to order a certain sweet one, they tell me that they cannot control the sweet certain drinks. sometimes I just have to throw out what I command because it's going on.

Two separate times I had ordered from this place, I received bell of boba, which were melted together at the bottom of my drink. I called to inform the staff about it, and the person who answered said they would check their charge. wrongly provided that this would invite it together after my call, my man took our tee today, and that happened again. for a third time. that never happened when I ordered from other Bubble tea shops. that was the third and last time that I will order from them.

Only today was it, terrible service! all the girls were rude to me, I was in the line, but didn't know how the badge works, so I just told them to take the next customer until I find how it works. once she told me to wait for the next customer. there was no one, but they were busy, so I didn't say anything. then came some customers and then I told them that they took my order, they did not want to take my or still! so rude, very angry!

Just went today, horrible service! All the girls were rude to me, I was in line but didn't know how the coupon work so I told them just take the next customer till I find how it works. Once I did she told me to wait till the next customer. There was no one else but they were busy so I didn't say anything. Then some customers came and then I told them to please take my order, they didn't want to take my oder still! Don't hire people like this! So rude , left very angry! ??
