Most terrible customer service I?ve ever received. The only reason I ever order Magic Grill (Food is normally delicious) is for the gravy. I specifically ordered fries and gravy with my order and two sodas. Only got 1 soda and no gravy. Woman told me that the meals should have been $8 a piece when I paid almost $30 for the whole meal. Unfortunately, the cooking skills here leave much to be desired. When the food is prepared, it's often greasy and unappealing. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 3, and the atmosphere also a 3.
