I specifically ordere... read more Most terrible customer service I?ve ever received. The only reason I ever order Magic Grill (Food is normally delicious) is for the gravy. I specifically ordered fries and gravy with my order and two sodas. Only got 1 soda and no gravy. Woman told me thatthe meals should have been $8 a piece when I paid almost $30 for the whole meal. I didn?t get a name but could tell that thewoman was older. So rude and inconsiderate of the PAYING CUSTOMER. I won?t go back to Magic Grill West Monroe where the customercomes last and they can?t own up to their own mistakes.

I did... read more I went to eat with my children on Monday. Magic Grill advertises that kids eat free on Mondays when you order a kids meal and and purchase an adult meal. I did both. After I paid I realized I was charged for both. I asked if they still did MagicalMonday and the manager co firmed that they did. I asked if I could be refunded the kids meal, and they said no, you couldn 't berefunded after you had already ordered and paid. Except, they had just refunded my sister in cash after they charged her forsomething she didn 't order. Later, when my husband called, their excuse was that the kids meal I ordered didn 't qualify. How??No where on the sign does it specify which kids meal qualify. Also, we were charged more the posted prices. I will never be backand never recommend any one to eat there.
