I called an order for a package and some cookies. I had a little effort to get there, but I came to the pick-up at 1:45. the girl on the phone said they close at 2:00 o'clock. after a few minutes in the window no one came (the window looks like it wasn't really used in the old.) so I parked in front. it was now 1:50. the doors were closed. I called the number twice. all waste from my time! I would give it negative st... View all feedback.
Do not think online order that their foods are ready when they come there. obviously if they do not pay online their order does not go into; even if there's a confirmation saying order has gone through and give a pickup time. showed the little girl on the front a screenshot of order and says I had not submitted and they did not. no apologies or anything to make it right and acting like I was stupid to ask why it let them pay out in a command when it is necessary. I asked if they could give me the 12 ounces. and when I come back, it's a 16 oz cup that's hardly halfway full. well made business roly poly!
Food is good, but sometimes get unfriendly service.
Delicious and reasonable prices. But my order was incomplete. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but the order was incomplete. Overall, I'd still definitely still eat there again. Compared to other locations, those sandwiches were fantastic.
