I discovered a hair in my meal, which was quite unfortunate. Additionally, the management did not handle the situation well; their behavior was quite unprofessional. I was uncomfortable with them kneeling at my table—I would prefer not to have any direct eye contact and simply enjoy my food without any unwanted surprises. View all feedback.
The food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes. However, the quality of service can be inconsistent, varying based on timing and the server. I might not return.
The food was decent, but the restaurant was quite cold. Our waitress seemed more focused on chatting than checking in on our table. One of our dishes arrived dry and cold, so we had to send it back. Overall, the experience was just okay, and I’m not sure if I would return anytime soon.
I found the Bigmouth Bites on the Triple Dipper to be overcooked and they didn't include the mayo and mustard I had requested. The Skillet Queso was tasty, but served cold.
I've ordered the same dish from here before, and I find it to be very delicious.
The Mini Chocolate Molten was delicious! However, the cup of ice cream they provided was really small—more like what you would expect for a side of sauce.
