What Katelin Krajcik doesn't like about Bob Evans:
Took from 9:30 am until 11 am to actually get seated and served our food. While they claimed it was because they were extremely busy the actual building was 1/2 full the rest was online and to go orders. Extremely disappointed and ended up 20 minutes late for where I was going because they chose to prioritize online and to go orders over those who were there in person. View all feedback.
I walked in and couldn't believe the crowd of people. I thought I'd wait 45 minutes. They told us 25 and we were sitting in 15 minutes. Not bad for 6 people and a baby. Our server was young and friendly and made only 1 mistake (forgot my orange juice, but I was really glad she did it since I had coffee and water. As busy as they were, she often checked with us and the overall experience was good, good food and great service.
Had dinner there tonight... Nicole was our waitress... she was awesome!
The service and the food were both excellent!! Unfortunately I don’t remember the servers name.
Sincerely appreciated the service to perfection by Madison. Her efforts will make us come back again.
Love there coffee and breakfast. Prices alway fair and staff members are super nice.
