We start with the good points. the food was great, the service was excellent and you were also a good choice to be with a gast ale on so everything in a big start. but in my view is a great omission of the...pub is the play area especially for families many of the devices are collapsed in an condition of unrepair the wooden bridge, swings are bound and out order, and sand pits without sand. it should probably be closed. it is a real shame, because if there is a thing that is missing the environment sevearly is a pub with a decent safe outdoor play area where families can relax. this pub has all the possibilities and reasons to offer a much needed facility and to fill a gap in the market, but sad as everything it needs a lot of investment. the pandemic will not have helped, but hopefully this will be something that will be addressed by the peculiarities in future plans because it could be a jewel. families will always want to come with the said we will certainly visit pure for eating and that is why I gave stars

An evening meal as in the opposite. pub does not look much from the outside, but makes it on the side of the eating. all about our eating was quality and fresh with large portions. I don't owe anything. the service was exceptional. will be back soon, sure!

The food was great and the staff made us feel welcome. They do have a good range of food and drinks for sale. They also do live music afternoons and nights at a good price.

We stopped here for lunch on way to Wrightingtin Hospital. First of all wonderful rural location, with plenty of outdoor seating. Really friendly and warm greeting, and we we really well looked after by our server. The food was great I had a...burger and chips which was great and had tons of chips which even defeated me. The homemade soup was excellent, as were the steak sandwiches. The whole experience was so good, and we'd definitely have lunch here again next time we're in the area.

We had such a fantastic day! We’d been waiting for a family get together for nearly two years and The Farmer’s Arms certainly provided the perfect atmosphere. Every single person complimented the food. We had a warm selection of food which was really tasty and...freshly prepared. Also, the portion size was ample. To finish the meal, we ordered desserts which went down a treat! The function room is beautiful and the staff really can’t do enough for you. I would definitely recommend this venue for a special family day. Thank you to everyone who contributed to my little boy’s special day xx
