Classic chip shop, with great friendly staff. Popped in for the Wigan Kebab, and smack barm pea wet, and it was very worth it.
Outstanding! Brilliant pricing, good was delicious, staff friendly and attentive even with it being really busy. Definitely worth a trip!
Outstanding. What a fantastic traditional chip shop. My first time visiting this evening. We had fish chips peas along with a pot of curry gravy. Not had a fish supper if this standard in a very long time. Fish chips cooked to absolute perfection. Peas nice thick lovely tasting. Curry gravy lovely tasting thick. We had some scraps which was so nice to see as a lot of chip shops no longer do scraps. As the shop was due to close I was offered 2 scollops free which was a really nice touch. The staff are extremely friendly polite the shop is immaculately clean.
This chippy is absolutely fantastic. The staff are friendly and the food is out of this world. We ordered two fish, each about a foot long and over an inch thick. They were perfectly cooked, with crunchy, proper chips. We also had plenty of scraps. This is now our new favorite place for fish and chips. Thanks to all of you.
