Every time I go to this store, I'm blown away by how kind every single person who works there is. They are generous, and the service is always amazing. I would give this place negative 100 stars if i could. 2 months ago i ordered shakes for me and a colleague and we got food poisoning from the turned milk they use. We spoke to them and they tried to offer us gift cards in replacement for getting us sick. I spoke to Paul the owner and so tonight i decided to give them a second chance and this is what they delivered to me, see attached pic and inside one of the shakes... View all feedback.

Just like the other reviews said. Owner and the staff have always been incredibly nice. Ice cream is always good.
Staff is awesome even when you show up late. And it's Carvel so it's delicious!

This store specifically has been handling all my birthday cakes since 15 years ago. To this day they have not disappointed. Best ice-cream cakes ever

They have so many new flavors of soft ice cream. Like 5.
Hot summer days beat thing to have is soft serve cone. EVERYONE was super friendly and sweet. Love going there.
Definitely one of the largest and well stocked carvels I've ever been to! And you can't beat the service!

These sundae makers are the best I've ever encountered. They cheerfully accept special requests and the staff is very friendly.
