Panera Bread - West Homestead

Just a reason I didn't give a five star. I ordered the delivery of my last food order. ther was not a meat on a sandwich and my wife didn't get her sandwich on a bagel and twirl her both had specified. I think they have put together the delivery order. manager was very polite and treated the situation. I don't know if panera scales down there, or it was a personal problem. shamira took our order. they can do better for the price!

Pays 12 dollars for a burned sandwich with almost nothing on it. the personal was rude and indecent. I usually don't go to panera and this experience won't change that.

I don't want to make bad reviews, but today was just ridiculous. I ordered my food online. my man went into the load to pick him up and they could not find the job, although a hired person remembered to make the sandwiches. someone obviously had taken the food out of the fast pickup shelves. my man had commanded him on his phone. he showed them and they made the sandwiches new. When we came home, the sandwiches were wrong. they were not even the chips and gurkensalat I ordered as a page. the only thing she got right was the Asian salate. we were just finished working and didn't feel like we wanted to go all the way back to get more food. especially during rush hour traffic. I've been a long patron of panera. this is the second time that this particular location has messed up my order.

Lauf der mühle panera. the staff that served the food was nice. the dining room was kept clean. the tassen were not taken to the self-service skiosk on storage, and the creamer at the drink station was out and a little untidy. otherwise good experience

Typically has good service with friendly staff, but today I found several small hairs in my chipotle chicken bacon pizza and they put the wrong sauce on it. Disappointing
