Our experience was wonderful. Jada, (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) our server was phenomenal. We were celebrating my mother's 101st birthday and everything was perfect. The music was a bit loud but, fit well with the overall ambience. A special shout out to Jada, we will alway rember you. View all feedback.

the service was really bad. we have made reservations, but that doesn't mean anything they have told us, that means they put them at the top of the list. the service was terrible. 3 of the 8 commands were wrong. we ordered 2 coffees and after 5 times (and I am not exaggerated) we finally asked to cancel it and take off the bill as we have never received it. it was a very bad 3 hours experience. Wonderful western style birthday party for my guests from Japan. Gave them the opportunity to dress up with their cowgirl hats and boots, and even ride the mechanical bull. Everyone fell off mid-ride but with the bounce-house cushions to fall on, no one was hurt and was actually a good laugh for everyone. The steak, ribs,and chicken dishes were awesome and the cotton candy dessert for the Happy Birthday candle put a wonderful cap on a great evening for all. Thank you!

For our 6:45 dinner reservation and said that would wait about 35 minutes what it was. (heared the hostess say some “walking-ins” that the waiting time is an hour. we finally took place and the server was super-had appetizer and so much eat! everything was great and had left a box home. besides waiting (it was thanksgiving,) everything was great (paid $10 for valet, plus $5 tip.) they don't want to go around trying to find parking, do around)
