I commend the restaurant for opting not to use single-use plastics. I appreciated seeing that even the straws were biodegradable. The food was just as delicious as it is at the Roslyn location. Overall, a very positive experience. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Bottega Original:
I ordered the pollo Guacamole salad. the crushed mozzarella was rotted. they said they would make me a new salate if I had brought back the old one I did. I went back to get my new salat and repeatedly asked if the cheese is good they assured me it was fresh. I should have opened it and checked it. Was there for 29 minutes and then they told me it would be another 15 minutes for one sandwich. Maybe a one off time but I won't be back. Waste of time. It wasn't even busy.
To Owner-I believe you misunderstood what Michael meant by little girls. He was speaking about the height of the girls not the age. Most of the girls working at this location are very short. Many also don't speak English well perhaps that's why there customer service skills are lacking. I have recently repeatedly have had excellent customer service from a young taller girl who takes orders at this location.

Love this place, they have an extensive Panini selection and will create ones just the way you want. Salads Soups are super delicious too. Great for a ladies lunch or family dinner. They offer catering too. A real gem and consistently great food. I have been going for years!!!
I’ve been going to La Bottega for years- their food quality as well as the flavor and freshness never ceases to amaze me. If I want a panini my first choice is always La Bottega! I recently tried the rainbow cookie gelato and tiramisu- delicious; a must try! chef’s kiss!
