Recently, I contacted them to help send a care package to New Orleans for my daughter's wedding. Frank and Peter were incredibly patient with me, answering my numerous phone calls to see if they could arrange for an overnight shipment to arrive right when I needed it for an event before the wedding day. They treated me like family, calling to confirm the shipping on the day it was sent, informing me when it arrived, and following up to ensure that everything met my expectations. It's worth noting that I don't think this service is something they typically offer, which makes their willingness to go above and beyond for a customer all the more impressive. Sorriso's, I can't thank you enough for making this happen for me, and I plan to come down to meet you in person soon. Thanks, guys!

One of the best Italian Deli in all NYC. From the minute I walked in I was treated like family. The owner even gave me samples of their house made mozzarella, as well as spicy and sweet Soppresata and this is all before I even placed my order. The menu is extensive however, my order was based on rave reviews of the “Godfather” and “Sorriso”. Let me tell you both were mind blowing good, all meats fresh and bread seem like they get it delivered from next door bakery fresh. I can’t wait to come back and try their other homemade deli foods and of course another Hero. The parking around the area can be difficult depending on time of day since its all paid street parking but nonetheless I will drive an hour again because it’s that good. Keep up the great work Sorriso. You got a customer for life.

The sandwiches here are outstanding! I order from them regularly, and they never let me down. They use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of thought into their preparation. Whether it's breakfast or lunch, they hit the mark every time! I especially love the Godmother sandwich and the chicken meatball sub!

Excellent place! The staff is friendly, and they offer a fantastic variety of Italian dishes. The sandwiches are not only delicious but also hearty and satisfying. You definitely get your money’s worth here!
