I would give it a 3-star rating, but unfortunately, I can only give it 2 stars. The dishes were not very exciting and lacked presentation. The prices were high, but the quality of the food did not match. The mark ups on the wine bottles were excessive, close to 5 times the retail price. The menu was limited, and after staying for 3 nights, we found the options to be lacking. Our waitress handled a situation where my wife found a piece of stone or grit in her salad well, but the kitchen should not have allowed this to happen as it could have caused harm. Overall, I do not believe this restaurant offers good value for money and I would recommend looking for better dining options in the area.

The conservatory restaurant offers lovely views of the garden, making it a very pleasant dining experience.

A very... read more My sister very kindly gave me a voucher to spend at this restaurant. I have reviewed The Eastbury Hotel before but have never eaten in their restaurant. A very creative menu and good choice of wines in this fabulous location made for a memorable birthday. My only slight complaint was that the batter on the fish was too heavy for a delicate fish and that the staff did not know how to make a Latte coffee but made amends by bringing a large jug of hot milk to add to the caffetiere coffee.
